By shopping with GADPRO you agree to the following terms. Please read them — they're straightforward.

1. Who We Are

GADPRO (Gadgets Professional) is an online electronics retailer based in Kraków, Poland. We sell third-party tech products and are developing our own branded line. You can find us at our website, Allegro, and Amazon.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed in PLN/EUR and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update prices at any time — but once your order is confirmed, the price is locked in. If a pricing error occurs on our end, we'll contact you before processing.

3. Payment

We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. Payment must be completed in full before your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping

We ship across Poland and the EU. Delivery times and shipping costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number. GADPRO is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to return any item — no questions asked, as long as it's unused and in original packaging. Full details are in our Returns Policy. EU consumer rights apply in full.

6. Warranty & Faulty Products

All products sold by GADPRO are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us and we'll resolve it. We do not manufacture the products we sell — warranty terms are governed by the respective brand.

7. Our Own Products

GADPRO is developing its own branded product line. When available, these will be clearly marked on the website and subject to the same policies above, with any additional product-specific terms stated at the time of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

GADPRO is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through our store. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the GADPRO website — including the logo, images, and copy — is our property. Do not reproduce or use it without permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to your order.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Polish law and comply with EU consumer protection regulations. Any disputes will be handled under Polish jurisdiction.
