Changed Your Mind?

No problem. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to return it — no explanation needed. Just make sure the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Please note: return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.


Received Something Faulty?

That's on us. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund — whichever makes most sense.

Just reach out and we'll sort it fast.


When Do I Get My Money Back?

Once we receive your item and confirm there is no malpractice, we'll process your refund within 14 days. You'll get it back through the same payment method you used at checkout.
